About me

Hailing from Houston Texas, my name is Lucas James Hendricks. I have always loved drawing and being creative. Whether the medium be in photography, drawing, or Adobe Illustrator. I find inspiration and creativity in my everyday life.
The summer before my freshman year of high school. I started dabbling in my first Adobe product, Photoshop. From that summer on I haven't stopped learning. In high school I took a class from freshman year to senior year that helped me improve my graphic design arsenal.
This artistic expedition started three years ago with my YouTube channel where I would upload gaming videos. I myself, would make all my own channel art and thumbnails in Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as edit my own videos in Premier Pro.
Coming in the fall of 2017 I will be attending SCAD, The Savannah College of Art and Design, to get my BFA in graphic design. After college my goal is to start my own graphic design company called Positive Voodoo; with my childhood friend Jakob Jorgenson.
I don't know where my journey will take me. I don't know if I will succeed at forging my own company. However, I do know that art is my passion, my life, and my way of expression. And I will never stop creating and learning.
